help please

Good day to everyone, I'm in the process of renovating a building to open a cafe/ice cream parlour. I'm trying to layout a floor plan, any ideas or advice on situating the kitchen, dining area or on running this business would be greatly appreciated. I'll be doing most of the cooking and running the business in a wheelchair, i'm looking forward to the challenge. Thank you to everybody, God Bless you all

Wow! "Challenge" is right. Good luck.

Folks would probably be more apt to provide suggestions if there was a link to some photos... Kinda hard if layout is unknown, I'd think.

Tough to give suggestions from a personal perspective. But I would recommend you visit the existing ice cream parlours and take a look at their layout, stores, etc just to give you an idea on how the whole thing works.
