Large multinational companies service airports and airlines based on contracts. Aircraft type has no bearing on the meals served, except where infight reheating is involved. One company can end up servicing multiple airlines with similar food at one airport for example.

Occasionally I am impressed by an inflight meal, but, none memorable enough to actually post here.

I don’t eat dairy. It is difficult to find dairy free airplane meals. Delta is recently offering a salad that I can eat, although there is kale involved. I know I could call and order a vegan meal but they can be pretty boring.

For me, I don't enjoy airline meals. They suck all the times. I had yet to found one I enjoyed.

There were green beans and olives under the chicken. The chicken was unseasoned. Not very exciting but I’ve served worse.
