Snow
By snow I'm referring to those frosted dishes that seem to be everywhere now. Recently I've had frosted goat cheese, frosted rhubarb, frosted beetroot and cranberries.
I think it's a great trend, but can't quite figure out how to duplicate at home. An internet search indicates you need an ice cream machine to do this properly. Anybody else tried this - would a food processor work? |

I'm sure a recently-departed FTer would have had the definitive answer to this question and probably two of the devices necessary in his kitchen, together with extensive research notes and pictures.
