Harrington ribs?
Anyone try Harrington's ribs? I'm a big fan of their ham (not too smoky and not pumped full of water) and just noticed that they're selling "real smokehouse ribs" that you can heat on the grill.
Just curious if anyone's had any experience with them. |

Are you able to compare how Harrington's hams compare to a country ham like one would get in the SE? (country ham does not have water added, natural juices only & is left to age) |

Is this the place in Vermont? If so, I have had the ham and it is good. Since you high are from chicago I will suggest Carson's. Tried Smoque, LillyQ, all the trendier places, but still love Carson's with the best au gratin potatoes ever. Too bad I only know of the downtown location as I now live in park ridge and pass a shuttered location on Harlem on the way to Mariano's. My doc is probably thankful though.
