Singapore Sling. I took this in Colombo ironically. I'm always stocked up on the ingredients, the Sling mix is pretty decent if you mix it with pineapple juice/orange juice (or both) and champagne.

Elderflower and blackberry Pimms has been on deep sale since the Pimms people came up with it last summer. It's disgustingly sweet and an insult to the original. I'll happily bring you a bottle as we've got about six left from an original delivery last summer.

Well I'm typically Toronto-bound a fair bit. You might try the LCBO on Queen's Quay, or the other big one on Weston Road. But it wouldn't surprise me if they never exported it. I'll drop you a note if I go and bring you some..We're happy to get rid of it!

No one mentioned a good Caribbean style Rum Punch made with genuine Caribbean Rum. Poured over crused ice and garnished with pineapple, marascimo cherry and a slice of orange oh so good.
