I love blackberry's and blackberry jam is my favorite. But I can never find fresh sweet tasting blackberry's here in Canada, don't know where they come from but they always have a sour bite to them, and I hate to put sugar on them to sweeten them up, because then they are no longer in their natural state. Blackberry's in Canada, at least in Vancouver are expenisve.

Well, the price went from 0.67 cents for a 5-oz. package to $1.50 locally, but the berries themselves remain large, sweet, and tasty.

There's a new crop in from Mexico. Incredibly juicy, sweet and the size of my thumb. Cheap too at 0.67 per 5oz./170g package.

San Diego. Our Costcos normally get $4.99 for the 18 Oz blackberries, but over the past 4-6 weeks, they have dropped the price due to lots of supply.
They are tasty! |

Saw reasonable priced ones at Trader Joes maybe 12 oz. for about us$4 or so.

They went down to $1 for a 5-oz. package last week, but are back up to $1.50 today. Still very good quality, however.
