Soba noodles

anyone found soba noodles that are 100% buck wheat? or even state the % buck wheat. most state wheat, buck wheat at best on the ingredients section of the pack.

Yes. This is the kind I buy most for myself and for friends/family with gluten intolerances.
Brands available in London keep changing and don't know what's available in your part of the world (I think Eden foods is clearspring in Europe)

Thanks! I'd been looking for 100% buckwheat. I've come close, but no cigar. Most of the good brands in my local Asian market list the percentage, usually 50-75%.

It's one of my favorite summertime meals.

i also found kajio juwari that claim to be 100% buckwheat.

Looked in Whole Foods yesterday. Eden Foods had a variety on the shelf, but the best it got was 30% buckwheat. I guess I'll keep looking.
