Just got off the phone with the PM desk...they say "ticketed by". We'll see tomorrow. I'm ticketing tonight and going to the airport tomorrow to turn in the certificates.

Be sure to make copies of everything and to ascertain that the record is annotated properly. There have been stories of PMUs being requested on the return leg.

This has happened to me for 8 out of the last 12 RTs where I have used PMUs. I have noticed that LGW and MEX are particularly bad airports in this respect. The situation can be especially bad if you are dealing with non-DL checkin staff (which is the case in most Intl airports). These people don't know what a PMU is, don't care, and don't usually have any motivation to "make it right".

Certificates accepted. Tickets rebooked. Itineraries printed by the agent at the airport. She wouldn't give me the printout (as I have requested at CRCs in the past). So, I'll be doing some double checking at the Centerpoint CRC when I travel next week since the flights in question don't occur till the end of March.
