"Null" error message
I got the following message trying to book MSY-ATL-MLB-ATL-MSY over thanksgiving:
It doesn't make any sense. Any help?
Error The flight(s) you have chosen from Melbourne, FL (MLB) to New Orleans, LA (MSY) connecting through null are not available as a connection. Enter your origin and destination cities along with your travel dates or try selecting other connecting flight(s).

This probally is an invalid connection, (maybe due to Journey Control?). Try breaking up the segments

t could have been a computer problem too. I got an error message on a different Delta site earlier today with the word "null" in it also. I tried again a few minutes later and it worked.

The SMS agent had the same reaction. She could see T available across the board but couldn't get that flight to work. She went all the way to the last screen (so did I) and then it'd error on her. :-(

Ive been hit with the error when booking BOS-FLL-MCO-FLL-BOS. Up until April of this year, I was able to book it fine, but, I get hit with that error every once in awhile now.

I've been seeing that a lot lately. However, the CSR has been able to book it with no problem. For a charge, of course.
The last time gave me ATL as a null connection.

A new one in this vein today:
I tried to place a SkyMiles award redemption on hold but instead get a page with the Delta banner and SkyMiles account summary that had been appearing on every page, and the word "null." A small popup window goes up and quickly disappears. This happens with both Firefox 2 and IE7.
Any suggestions?
