That's the key to making a delay bearable. Break out the refreshments and the entertainment. Don't just make us sit around and give us these stupid "it will be another 15 minutes" updates. Get the carts out. They can be restowed in less than a minute.

I got the wake up call at 3:30 AM, to tell me that my 6:00 AM BOS-CVG was delayed until 7:10 AM (crew rest again)! God...that's a job they could never pay me enough to do! I appreciate the call, though!

On Sunday, my departure ended up being 4 1/2 hours late, I got to my hotel @ 3:30 am. 8:00 am meeting and then an afternoon of golf with customers in the 92 degree heat.

They had last call at my hideout @ 10:00 PM. The information counter in the A concourse had a line that went past A-21!
All the other CRC's had lines to get in.

So is this the Centerpoint Club - located upstairs in the middle of "A". If so, it's hardly a secret.

It's the CRC located in the A concourse atrium upstairs. It's on all the maps, it's just less busy than all the other locations.
