They fixed the duplicate transcon bonus but now they deducted miles I had gotten via AMEX rewards! I suggest you watch your accounts, especially recent additions.

Twice in the last month an associate of mine has attempted to purchase a ticket using his Discover card and he has not been able to because of problems contacting Discover for approval.

The web agent booked the flight and advised that the web booking bonus would apply. One would think that in this span of time they could get the automated approval fixed or post a message about it.
