I think the bigger issue is the missing SkyClub guest vouchers for Reserve Card holders... When they promise them from Feb-1 to Feb-1, they should be visible on Feb 1. If I was traveling today with a guest I'd be pretty annoyed...

You are incorrect. Status expired on 1/31 but SC Reserve card guest passes expired on 2/1. And very early on 2/2 the new ones were added to our DL wallet.

They expired 2/1 - you're correct. However, I still don't have my 4 new passes, but my partner has theirs. So it doesn't seem to be adding to everyone's wallet on time - and I checked the website not app.

I agree, but it just seems like a jv move to not have the app work. Perhaps rhe sc agents cam still see them?

My wife and i are traveling now. While we each have independent access, if our daughter was along, we would need the passes for her.

In the grand scheme of things, it is close to immaterial, but that said, it's just something that shouldnt even be on the radar for concern.

I really wouldn’t worry. Just call Amex if you’re charged and get credit.
