Not able to book anything now on Delta . . . two accounts, two browsers. Nothing will complete.

Booked a ticket early evening and things were fine. Went back a few hours later to select my 2025 CBs and receiving error messages. Will try again tomorrow.

Hurrah for DL IT.
This week I received an email telling me that my wife had been rebooked on another flight. The only actual change was that the arrival time for one of her flights had been moved up by 4 minutes. She was still on the same flight. Then I received another email apologizing for a flight delay. No delay. Her flight had boarded full and left 15 minutes early. And, after months of reporting this to DL, I still cannot check-in for flights using the Firefox browser. (Yes, I have run all of the DL-recommended checks, and then some, to no avail.) |

I am outside the US and wondered if anyone else is having issues trying to buy a new ticket on the website? It's happened at least 7 times on different browsers and computers this past week where only after I put in my payment details and then hit submit and then instead of giving me a confirmation screen I get taken to a message saying that fare is sold out or gives me a message saying that fare is no longer avaliable and gives me a new fare which is always at least GBP 100 more than what the website is telling me when I put in my payment details.
I thought the narrative was that numbers visiting from outside the US are less particualrly for the winter 2026. I try refreshing the website or different but then I'm still getting the same fares reflecting the earlier fare so it seems like Delta is just lying to people with these fares on the booking pages on the website as you can't trust any of them |
I just rebooked a flight about an hour ago, and got an error upon check out. My itinerary seems to have changed, but I didn't get an e-mail conf/receipt and the online receipt doesn't reflect the new ticket (has old flights and says EXCH). Am about to call them to see if it is good on their end (most likely not). I'm also now having issues logging into the website, but the app works fine.
Seems like something might be funky somewhere... Edit: Seems like the website might be a cache issue...tried another browser and it works. |
It has been bad for Days I am sure they will blame this on the Cloudflare outage the other day, I have not been able to check in online twice this week, the app worked eventually. Overall, Delta IT needs a lot of attention.

Anyone ever have their Medallion status in the app show up as "null?" It's been like this for a few weeks now. Website shows me correctly as a Diamond Medallion, but the app won't change from "null" despite reloading/relaunching. It obviously doesn't actually matter, I'm just wondering if anyone else has this issue.
