I'm having on and off problems with Chrome. Doesn't work sometimes, wait a few hours and it works.

I have been having issues signing into WiFi inflight via Safari on my iPad this week. iPhones have been no issue.

This.

I've been having this problem for a few weeks now. I usually have to toggle back and forth between family members' accounts. (On a related note, they really should have functionality where an "account manager" just logs in once and can be an administrator to multiple accounts at once.)

But that said, seems like there's a new cookie issue and my computer is all hung up. Chrome and Edge, same issue but not always at the same time.

Just changed my p/w three times this morning and each time at (attempted) sign-on, says "We're sorry, but we were unable to locate your account with the information provided. Please confirm your credentials and try again.
For additional account recovery options please use Login help"

Then it recommends for faster response to any inquiry that I first login to my account.

lovely

Still unable to login to the website through Safari (thankfully, Chrome still works). Does their IT department even know this is an issue?

Same for me!

Amazing, but yes, still unable to login via Safari.

As posited in the other, similar thread: this maybe sounds like an issue with browser session cookies. Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

I've tried a Private Browsing window which should effectively mimic that. No dice.

This *sometimes* fixes the problem but my point is that for years this website has functioned perfectly well logging in (and, in my case, jumping between family members' accounts) without a problem.

My point is that this is just unacceptable. It shouldn't have to be up to the end user to constantly be forced to clear cache (which impacts many sites other than delta.com) and change your password just to service an account.

No, not possible.

Yeah - at this point, for sure not. Can't believe it continues.

On the other hand, do they really lose any business because of it?

Absolutely ridiculous. I've been trying to book multiple flights in the last 24-48 hours and Delta.com has been malfunctioning in a serious way. Cannot believe their head of IS still has their job.
Unable to login for hours. and when the login works you cannot search multiple days or use ecredits or any variety of things. one thing works but another thing fails. It's always a crap shoot.
Sunday 1/7 has been better than saturday 1/6 still not great.
Unbelievable that a 50+ Billion $ company doesn't have a functioning web site.

These tech issues are enough to send me, and others to another airline’s website !
