Got this as a Gold in PS on a SLC-AMS flight on an AF ticket. But the wording was different and no "blessed." Strangely I've taken several other international flights on DL metal in PS on either DL or KL tickets and no notes.

On a different note (no pun intended), twice DL flight attendants handed me a note with their phone number.

Looks like you were in 19F? I wonder if DL FA's are instructed to give these out to so-called HVC's who didn't get the upgrade in an attempt to make them feel all warm in fuzzy after not getting the ug.

Telling me I'm appreciated while simultaneously reducing my benefits is something I personally interpret as pissing on my head then telling me it's raining.
