Delta ECTV Mistake?
Hi all,
A non-FFer friend's husband (I know the family) faced some disruptions on a recent trip. ETA: his boss was also on the trip and received the same email; this followed issues on DL1413 ATL-FLL.
This is a screenshot (shared with permission) of the ECTV email in relation to the disrupted trip - looks like someone added a zero? They also each received 5,000 SkyMiles. She sent it to me since she knows I spend a lot of time on DL planes.

And his chat with DL this morning:

Yeah sounds like somebody did a typo and added a zero or two. Maybe they were entering the 5000 skymiles and put that in the voucher field also.
Anyway, will be interested if they actually receive the travel voucher.

This is not the first time DL has made this mistake.
DL policy on mistakes like this with compensation is generally to say "Enjoy your trip!"
