Seat assignments missing on receipt

Seat assignments missing on receipt
I have no complaints. Just found this interesting. I can view my seat assignments on Delta.com. But on the receipt it's not showing all seat assignments. Is that because RDU-JFK & JFK-RDU are on a smaller, partner airline?

Lots of times if I assign myself a seat after purchase and the access the receipt from my wallet, it will have updated to show the seat assignment. It takes a few seconds for it to propogate over, it seems, but it almost always pops in after just a single back out and reload.
I don't know why but I like for me seat assignments to show up on my receipts as well.
