Reason Code N when requesting miles
I bought a FC ticket (p fare) from FLL to DTW to PHX.
Delta cancelled the flight from FLL to DTW in its entirety and then moved me to a different flight. However, that flight conflicted with the one from DTW to PHX. So I called and they changed my entire itinerary to FLL to ATL to PHX. The fare class stayed the same. I noticed after a few days I never received my miles for the flight. I did a request mileage and it brought up Code Reason N and that I don't get miles for the trip. I sent via the complaint form asking why I do not get mileage for it but that was about 30 days ago so I don't have much faith in them responding that way. Is there another way I can go about trying to get miles for this trip? |
