Android Delta App issues

Is anyone else having issues with their Android Delta app?
I have two different Android versions.. 5.x and 6.x.
The first time I entered a search for fares I received the correct airports.. Every time after that I cannot change airports!!! I am stuck with TPE and BOS.. I have tried the uninstall... clear cache... reinstall.. but no love..
Besides ditching android and going to an iPhone (not an option) any thoughts?

Peace love and Oreos..
Karl

I'm using Android 6.0.1 and Fly Delta 3.9, and I am able to change city pairs and search flights. Can you describe more precisely what exactly you do, and the result that's odd?

I verified I am on 3.9 as well.
It is reproducible..
I open up the app and it is automagically pre-populated with TPE and BOS (my current r/t trips) I attempt to swap out BOS for MHT and the app re-fills the destination with BOS.
I try to search for a different pair.. JFK SFO and the app re-populates with TPE and BOS...

When you put in a code you MUST tap on the pop up choice (even if it's the only one).

While I don't see the symptom of re-filling a particular city pair on the Book a flight screen overlaying my selection, that you reported, I was able to clear these fields completely by going to Android Settings, Apps, Fly Delta, Storage, and then select the Clear Data button. Essentially, this option appears to reset the app to "fresh install" condition. This is on Android 6.0.1.

+1

True, that is a good point. Could be as simple as this.

Wouldn't a complete uninstall / clear cache / re-install be the same thing???

And as far as choosing the dropdown/popup.. yes.. I have been doing that..

What version on Android are you using, and on what device? There was a thread in this forum with ongoing participation by DL techs.

On Nexus 6p.. 6.latest.. ( just got the new security patch) This also is happening on my 5.latest Galaxy Tab S..

I did an advanced search for "Android" but I could not find any thread that was similar.

<Additional info>
I performed the "Clear Data" as recommended.. re-entered my login info..
Attempted to book a flight..
Now the airports will not even populate. even tho the app finds them and I select them from the list.
Well.. Delta IT here I come...

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 (Verizon Android 5.0) and the 3.9 app crashes every time I log-in. Tried clearing cache/data and re-installing, but it still has the same behavior.

I know it's a real PITA but, if you must book from your phone, use the full HTML Site.

Some data points - Works fine with 3.9 on all of our phones. All phones are Android 6.0
Sony Xperia Z5 Dual Premium - both SIM cards T-Mobile, Unlocked - factory software.
Sony Xperia Z5 Dual - both SIM cards T-Mobile, Unlocked - factory software.
LG G4 T-Mobile SIM and unlocked T-Mobile software
