Seems that separate threads on Android and iOS got merged.

For clarity, Fly Delta 3.3 has been released for iOS, but not Android yet.

Alerting mods to request a thread title change.

And as I said in my previous post, the latest update for the iOS version was SUPPOSED to fix the issue but does not fix it.

when the F is the iOS app going to be optimized for the new screen sizes? it's been like 9 months. This is ridiculous.

I spoke to the web help desk in Dallas today and they said the issue mainly effects Diamond and Platinum flyers...IT has known about the issue for 2 weeks and yes the fix did not work.....
for my upcoming trip which has 6 segments, I can view seats on segments 2 and 3 only..all the others get the "i'm sorry" error message


For those of you that buy first class tickets and like row 1 there is another glitch on both delta.com and the web app(when it works)
It involves "tickets already bought" verses tickets you are "viewing to buy"...someone in IT accidentally blocked out all ROW 1 seats in First class mistaking them for disability seats which they are not...IT does not know how to fix it...the seats do open 24 hours before departure as well as anytime before and during initial purchase...but are accidentally blocked for everyone "post" purchase....so if you like the bulkhead you have to select it at purchase, call Delta or select 24 hours before departure if still available..

Delta IT has really screwed up the seating in more ways than one....

This is one heckuva kerfuffle! And it's also strange that this is happening to DMs and PMs. Remember when DL IT "accidentally" charged elite members more miles for a particular route compared to a non-elite member? People found out quickly and the "bug" was fixed. Do you all think DL IT was trying something new -- perhaps another enhancement -- and it backfired?
