What transpires when one goes to book said Low Award is where DL's unique suckiness comes into play. Does it choke? Seats sold-out? Cannot book online and should call? Only work around I've found is, like you, using a third-party search (i.e., Kayak), that then allows Dl.dumb to construct my desired routing. Only glitch with that method is that it never offers me the option to pay with miles (if I'm looking to buy first and use miles to pay the difference in the fare). Very frustrating. |

Multi-city is more useless than ever before. I've had to call in every time for several recent tickets, even for simple multi-city searches. |
