Did anyone else notice that today their MQM/MQS have changed? I am 3 segments short all the sudden and the corresponding miles as well. I have an email into DL but no response yet. Anyone else have the same problem?

Were those 3 segments very recent? For my most recent flights, credit posted initially, then disappeared, then posted again a few days later automatically.

Yeah, I think there they are. Confusion is when I look at the detail everything is there, just not on the aggregate. So no telling what exactly got removed.

My recent flights have posted, disappeared, returned, disappeared, then finally reappeared for good. Though I do have a segment that has not shown back up, so I'll e-mail about that if it doesn't pop up soon.

I keep a spreadsheet of all my flights/miles/MQMs so I know if things go missing.

So DL tried to tell me that it is correct and I am 3 short but kindly said if I want to research all my travel and provide the info to dispute that I can. Took me 5 min to find the flight they missed and send it to them. Why they couldn't do that I have no idea. They essentially didn't credit me for the second half of a 6 segment trip.

Finally got them added back. On a separate note, do they use fake names in their replies? My issues was handled by Liz Lemon. I can't believe that, that is someone's real name.
