You'll never top FNT -- one time I had a flight to MSP scrubbed and was in a time critical situation and they put me on the first flight out of DTW the next morning and without my asking changed my return flight so that I would come into DTW where my car would be.

Another time, we came in on the last flight of the day and had checked luggage and got paged to the ticket counter --- as soon as everyone was off the plane -- because our bags had come in early and they didn't want to make us wait until all the bags were off the plane to come and talk to them about it.

You won't get service like that at many (any?) other airports.

Of course service between FNT and DTW is now gone.

The BOS agents are (generally speaking) the best in my experience. Another bonus (for me, not necessarily for them) is that nearly all of the older PMDL agents came over from the closed reservations office (now the State Police HQ) and I've yet to find another station where the agents universally know their way through, around, etc. Deltamatic.
