Is Delta 360 really something "more"?
 

Now that the Delta 360 program test is complete, are there any field reviews of it really providing an extra level of service? I'm curious as they are sending out the 2014 invites (got mine today) and am wondering if it's just more marketing or a real service upgrade.

I was part of the test program and got my credentials today.
What I have noticed the special phone reps. I can really tell a difference. Also I am always taken care of during IRROPS to get me where I need to go.
This really makes a difference to me.
The Porsche pickups for tight connections are pretty great too.

Boarding early is a nice benefit also.

as a 360 you get to board early?

The captain personally escorts you on board when they board. Holding his/her hand is optional.

And personally mixes your drink and rubs your feet while the cattle class boards.....

Wait Deltalina doesnt do that for you guys already? Just me? :P

I'm sure then that they will ask my permission before serving anyone else on board MY Woodford.

Yes - it's noted just to the right of diamond under my name.

Now I understand why BE was nearly empty on my LHR flight. A 360er wanted "more space to stretch out".

One of the perks... 360 degrees of extra personal space.

I think you actually get to have a drink with the captain before the flight.:eek:
