People who NRSA in the front are generally dumb idiots who will never go anywhere in life; however, there are many who NRSA who are completely the opposite and are truly outstanding individuals. Nevertheless, we generally focus on the dumb idiots (me included) who are very unelite. I wish those who don't deserve to even be on an airplane didn't spoil the NRSA opinion for all those who treat it with great dignity and respect.

I think that Delta is basically just doing what we pay it to do, competently, and the other airlines are either evil or incompetent. For what it's worth, United was my primary airline during 2001-11, and I switched back to Delta after United's post-merger deterioration, which was pretty extreme. I've been very satisfied with Delta since my return. Lots of ordinary flights, and a handful of noteworthy good experiences. No disasters.
Bruce " it does make me wonder whether transitioning over the last couple years from DL as first choice and UA as second choice to the other way around was a good idea... I guess it's like being in a traffic jam - if the next lane is moving faster, as soon as you get into it, the lane you were in before will move faster." |

It's hard to tell how much of what your saying is a joke in your mind. If any of it is serious, I have to say I've never really been more disgusted by a comment lacing any actual experience or knowledge on a subject. |

You should talk to Dantravels:

DL has made some changes for this year that put them on a more even footing with UA vis-a-vis Hawaii-based FFs, so I may look into re-earning status. |
What is the problem with Non-Rev's? Are they taking the seat you wish you were in?
I have no problem sitting next to a Non-Rev as they clue me in to what is on the horizon on their airline. I would rather sit next to a NRSA than a spoiled passenger who demands to sit in FC. I pay for my seat. :) |
Agree
United has imploded.
