PM Welcome packet - when does it arrive?
 

Hi FT-

I made PM some weeks ago (mid-October), but have yet to receive a "Welcome to Platinum" packet like I did for FO and GM. Those arrived within 10-14 days or so, as I recall.

An office-mate (who is a more seasoned traveler than I), suggested that I may be unlikely to get a new packet (and thus a new SM card) because it's nearing the end of the year.

Anyone have any experience with whether a packet will arrive/when? Should I just give up and request a new SM card directly?

I made PM in early October, my welcome packet arrived 27 days later.

GM took 2-3 weeks, PM took just over a month, so ~5 weeks.

just made PM on 10/22 and got my packet last week

I made GM on a Monday then PM on a Wednesday, maybe mine will show up at the same time.

I made PM on 10/16 and have not received one FWIW

my experience was that both silver and gold took exactly a month to get to me; platinum and diamond took 2 weeks to get to me. I know they usually try to "rush" the Platinum and Diamond packs but technically they still have 4-8 weeks to get to you.

You guys got an FO packet? I never got one, and it's been well over 6 months. I just assumed since my Customer Value Score is 0, I meant nothing to DL and wouldn't get it until next year. I just hit GM, so it'll be interesting to see if I'll get anything for that.

To be fair, it was a pretty worthless packet at FO (no HOOUs) - just the new SM card and some promotional material.

Bummer. And I would have looked forward to getting some tags so that I could proudly show the world I'm a Silver Medallion! Haha, jk.

My FO packets have always included the awesome luggage tags that I proudly display. :D

made GM a few months ago and got no packet. Dunno what to tell you. Just made PM last week and haven't gotten anything from that either.

My FO packet last year had at least two HOOUs. It came in around mid summer, I believe.

My GM packet, which came in around November '12 I think, had (I believe) four HOOUs.

My PM packet arrived last month, I can't remember how many HOOUs were in it. Besides that, there were a couple of JWD certs, the PM card for my wallet, two luggage tags, and some promo literature.

I made PM on October 23, 2013.
As of today I have not received a e-mail that says "Welcome to PM Status"
like i did when I got Silver and Gold status.
Plus I still have not received a packet in the mail (PM luggage tags, PM card, etc in the mail and it's been 1 month).
I looked at my DL Account and it shows me PM. I called DL and she says she shows me PM, but doesn't know why I have not received anything yet.
