Compensation for flight delay?
 

I know this has been laid out somewhere, but I can't find it - can someone point me to what level of compensation is expected for flight delays?

Circumstances?

I'm not sure yet, which is why I was only asking to get pointed at the guidelines. It's over 3h, and it sounds like an initial weather-related delay, followed by a mechanical one. They're talking about $50 credit certificates, which makes me think it's something DL is actually liable for.

OP has already been asked for the circumstances and posted minimal detail. When he posts the full details, he'll get a complete answer. Until then, it's all background noise.
