Medallion Third Checked Bag Charge
So normally as a GM flying in Y I have to pay $25 for my 3rd bag. Today I am checking in for my flight and they are trying to charge $125 for the 3rd bag. Is this the new norm?
I am thinking put 2 in on the check-in and hope I can get it down to $25 or free at the airport. Anyone else experience this? |

That is the way I read it too, but for the past year or so I have been GM that 3rd bag has come up $25 online, on the kiosks, and at the ticket counter. I guess I am wondering what prompted the change. Another "enhancement" as you guys like to say I guess.

You PMs better watch out, every time I gain a status level it seems that it gets screwed over within that year! Within 4 months of me making FO they took away the 2nd bag benefit, and now after I make GM they charge more for the 3rd bag and screw up SDC!

Don't tell me they changed it to $125?! Another reason to jump ship soon |
This was put into place for tickets purchased after 3/1.

That's great! I haven't flown since Feb, so I didn't know about this new benefit for PMs.
Has it been announced or did we get an email about it? Also, do FO's still get 2 free if they have the DL AMEX or is it still just one free domestically even with the AMEX. The website is a little confusing |
