Is this a separate ticket just for USA domestic travel? Or is it part of an international itinerary?
Thanks |

If it's seperate tickets, they might do so, but I would plan on paying.

Any thoughts on this situation....My son will be studying abroad in South America later this year. He is flying Delta economy and his airplane ticket was paid for by his university, as part of their study abroad program rules. I see that economy allows one free checked bag. If he gets a Delta AMEX Gold card, will he get to check a 2nd bag for free?

https://www.delta.com/content/www/en...-bag-free.html Waiver is only for normal bag fee, if any, for the first checked bag that is not overweight and not oversize under Delta’s applicable rules as set forth in Delta’s contract of carriage. |
Sorry to resurrect this thread...
I have an itinerary with an open jaw: AMS-Aruba and SEA-AMS. the portion between Aruba and SEA is with Delta on a seperate ticket, but all the flights are on the same booking with the same reference code. Do the higher international baggage fees apply for the entire booking, or do I pay for the first bag on the domestic and Caribbean portion? |
