Trying to book a J award ticket and searching (as suggested in sticky) for Y fares. Shows the outbound but no returns? Old site never did that.

Needs improved font support in Chrome... some of the button names are getting cut-off. Maybe if I change my settings, this will go away.

I don't mean this to sound rude but doesn't DL QA the website? I know the award calendar is broken but I'd think they'd at least have content managers to review stuff like this on portal...

Seat selection interface is quite refreshed I think..

But oops. International Preferred seats (even DL metal) now showing as "blocked" even when I'm logged in. The phone app still shows them all available!

CS 800# now requires first 4 characters of web password. You can speak it or key in the numbers that correspond to the letters.

4 items I can not seem to find....

1. Delta Reserve designation is gone....maybe that does not matter anymore..

2.When your viewing a trip....the Details or receipt was under Details now I think it's under My Receipt....but place of ticket issuance is gone like WWW or SLC....(you can email yourself a receipt with this info )

3. receipts don't update live anymore with FLWN and whether last minute upgrade at gate V

4.when on an active trip....you can not click on a flight number for a hyperlink to take you to the arrival /departure info for the flight like gate info and arrival time...not good....
anyone else find these ...???

A quick look at the award booking tool and I was getting "Not Upgrade Eligible" on my award offerings? This didn't look right. Also, I was reading the Skymiles benefits page and was noticing that "Pay With Miles" tickets were eligible for complimentary medallion upgrades. Is this new?

I say that overhaul, the site is much improved. Navigation is much more intuitive and many more items are "face up". I say good job.

The trip map seems to be new.. It shows my future trips correctly, but shows no past trips :rolleyes:

Looks like you can SDC online now when checking in.

in SC looking at upgrade list and I am moving all over from 4 to 2 to 6 to 5 within an hour. Checked at desk and agent say i am at 2 with 4 open don't worry. He was laughing about the new website.

if I put my product out before testing, my business would be :td:

My flights on CR7s and CR9s are showing up as Not Upgrade Eligible even though I've already been upgraded.
