Spot the new KM Hat prototype

Well FT'ers, the new prototype KM Kettle Medallion hat is now ready for display. I will have it in ATL on Wed July 13th from 9A-11:15A first on the E concourse then the A concourse (as I change from one flight to another). I will most likely be in the "A" center 2nd level club. My 11:45A dep is from A26 (as it looks today). If you see the hat, be sure and say hello. ^

Too good. I am sitting at a Starbucks looking at the pic, and people are looking at me and wondering what I am laughing at.

mapsgl Jul 11, 2011 5:34 pm

I'd wear one!

elkapong Jul 11, 2011 6:35 pm

I would too! Wish I was going to be in ATL!

DeltaWings Jul 11, 2011 6:42 pm

Where did you get ahold of the DL cap? Is there an online store for DL-branded apparel?

BeachBum770 Jul 11, 2011 6:55 pm

That is just too cool! I can't wait to see it paired with your Kryptonium Medallion luggage tags! Heck, you may even want to hang one of the tags from the hat!

I just hope DL has a sense of humor and doesn't try to sue you for TM infringement...

golfguy714 Jul 12, 2011 6:33 am

Excellant!

That is a great looking hat my friend! If you ever have any extras, I would buy one in a minute, just let me know. Hope to run into you in ATL sometime. I am usually thru there on Sunday nights and Friday afternoons. If I see you, I will stop and introduce myself and get a picture with that stylish hat of yours!

mdb Jul 12, 2011 8:30 am

Can I get one that says Sky Pesos too

Thinking under the delta logo SkyPesos or maybe on the back???

florin Jul 12, 2011 8:42 am

Does the Kettle Medallion hat have "KICK ME" imprinted in the back? It should. Or at least "KICK ME IF YOU'RE AN ELITE". :)

So what next? A gate louse hat?

Ummmmmm..... don't I wear a Kettle Medallion hat backwards, or is that proper only on intra-Georgia flights? (asks this former resident of ABY)

Only if you're wearing the complete ensemble which includes:
  • Auburn hoodie
  • grey sweatpants
  • flip-flop sandals (for easy removal prior to placing feet on bulkhead wall)

DHG(Th) ATL alert

For those in ATL between 9a-11a local time, I'll be in the airport. Lucky ones may get a sighting of the "new" hat.

Safe travels

Deemus7 Jul 13, 2011 5:57 am

I'll be traveling from T to D around 11 so I don't think I'll catch you. Please post any and all comments you get! :D

Tomphot Jul 13, 2011 6:27 am

I'll be in the E concourse this morning - meeting for global entry then a flight leaving form E concourse - will keep an eye out.

dickinson Jul 13, 2011 6:45 am

One can only hope that this will be the debut of the Kettle Medallion hat!

Can you keep all of your travel alerts to a single thread? No need to open a new one for every segment. Thanks.

OK spotters, I'm scheduled to be between B north side and D north side from ~ 10:15A -11A. See if you can spot the KM Hat.

Also tomorrow from 1p-2p while changing planes. I'll update locations in the morning.

If you see it, say hello. ^

The Kettle or the Diamond hat? I have both. Be sure and say hello. Due to arrive at 10:01 into B33. May have time for a "beverage" at a SC.

Crazyhotelguy Jul 15, 2011 6:48 am

I think that DHG(Th) needs his own sticky. That way all of his groupies have a place to follow his every action:)

Or we should just attach a GPS tracker to him, and then people can look it up online! ^
