Gold Respect?
I am a Delta SkyMiles Premium Gold customer. I have been a Silver or Gold for over 5 straight years by utilizing credit cards. I entered a Skyclub for the first time in all my 5 years with Delta the other day because I had a my first ever Delta flight cancel. The incompetent staff would not help me re book my ticket because I was not a member. I am GOLD. While I was standing there 3 or 4 people walked right in and they were dressed in a way that I knew they were not Gold. I demanded to talk to the manager and I was told the manager was at lunch. How do I elevate this? After 5 years of being a Silver or Gold Elite I finally fly on Delta and my GOLD status means nothing? This is what Delta calls elite? I going to take this to the top. Does anyone have a phone number? :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Is this a joke? I am sorry but if you are not a Sky Club member or have Sky Club access you will not be allowed to enter. What airport did this happen at? There should be rebooking stations that have designated Sky Priority lines you could have gone to. Also calling the Gold Medallion line they would have been able to help you. You could have reached out to Delta on Facebook or Twitter as well. |

It was my impression that all Delta Skyclubs help all admitted people with their ticketing. Did something recently change at Delta SkyClubs to reduce the level of service to Skyclub patrons? When I visited the Delta SkyClubs, the service was excellent. |

Seriously, I find this kind of post funny really, and reading your name, I have to assume this is not real. Why do people feel the need to start these kinds of threads..... seen it on every board I have ever been on and have yet to figure out what type of mental disorder causes people to do this kind of thing?? :confused: |

I was flying a transcontinental flight from LAX to MEM. The club in question was LAX. As a Gold Elite I should have access to all elite services so there is no need to be a member. There was also a mistake on my ticket. I was booked in a premium class and ended up with a seat in the back of the plane (around row 24). This is not elite treatment in my mind and I am going to be contacting AMEX about possibly bringing legal action. I pay good money (extra) to use the AMAEX card and so far I have received nothing but low-class treatment. :td::td::td::td::td:
