Do you have status with Delta? as i mentioned above, agent told me my mile redemtion is devided into 2 piece (BKK-ICN, ICN-GRU) . she couldn't do anything and was frustrated cuz she only could tell what system says . |

I agree with poster above - hold the ticket, then call the manual pricing desk to get price reduction. Then book.

Manual Pricing desk
I was talking to SKymiles service centre last weekend trying to book a OW award ticket inside domestic china (6k miles per OW segment - should have been 12K?) - was quoted 90k miles :-)
Asked for the manual pricing desk or could this be escalated to anyone for verification as it was obviously a mistake. Answer was 'no' - followed by 'there is no way to review the prices given by the computer, there used to be but no longer' Can anyone provide any further detail about this manual pricing desk and how to contact it in particular? |
