Problem with the Delta Reservation System
 

Hi!

So, I have a flight booked in March and as a FB Plat, I would like to get an exit row seat on my US flights, the TATL segments are on AF.
Now I have called DL numerous times and have requested my preferred seats.
These are now blocked but not assigned to my reservation number.
Also, I cannot change my seats online either.
Additionally, sometimes, my TATL flight is displayed to depart a day earlier than my outbound TATL.
Could this be the reason why my seat assignments are not showing up?

Yay! It's not just DL elites on AF/KL flights who can't get seat assignments to work properly!

Sorry, no real good answer other than DL IT sucks and that goes double for AF/KL integration.

Yeah, I have to agree. But their current system is the worst since 2004 (when I started using it frequently).
I actually called them to make those changes TWICE, also requesting e-mail confirmation, which never came. :mad:

OTOH, I shouldn't really complain too much, since I will be flying routes where my upgrade chances are pretty high, but I am still annoyed.
