via snail mail: still waiting-It has been 2+ weeks. I sent it certified and I know they received it.

as mentioned before missing items is treated like a claim and it can take 6 to 8 weeks, I believe it even has it on the claim form https://a248.e.akamai.net/7/248/1926...claim_form.pdf

you should call the baggage line and see if they see your complaint in the system or if it is assigned to a claims manager
