Not even a fast Chinese option at DTW. What's with that?

The status of the Fox Sports Bar as the unofficial smoking lounge changes 1 May 2010, IIRC. |
I've gotten used to eating at National Coney Island - the sit down one. The service is always fast and friendly , and a little bit of everything on the menu.

I love the food in MSP, I just don't love connecting through it. And the food at ATL isn't much to write home about either. I'm hoping that some of you who have flown through DTW for years will have some suggestions of good places. Thanks! Haven't had much luck at DTW - I'm not a big sushi guy, so I'm normally stuck having yet another meal at an airport Max & Erma's/Chili's/etc, or just waiting to eat whatever DL is serving that evening on the plane. |

The Japanese place at the center of the terminal is pretty good...Otherwise, with a bit longer layover, the Westin has very decent food and it's own security checkpoint.

The PB&J place near A-1 is great -- fast, cheap and really good.

That's being rectified with 777 non-stops to Shanghai and Hong Kong. :p
