I don't know, but I hope this gifting last more than just a couple of months.

My brother noticed that his gold status now appeared on his SM account. He thanked me! He and his wife also got the Tiffany vase welcome NW plats to DL gift from last fall as my T'giving bread and butter gift.

Agree with the other posts. Great job Kevin. With the merger, trying to reach out for help on anything has generally been a nightmare.

Still No 15,000 Mile Threshold Award Deposited
 

Wife and I both submitted our requests for 15,000 as our threshold award for passing 100,000 MQM's in 2009. We submitted our request back in November thru the online form referenced in this thread.

Still no 15,000 miles posted. Do we need to e-mail Kevin, or are the miles eventually going to show?

If they haven't posted by now I would DEFINITELY contact Delta or Kevin...

Many of us put our requests in back in Nov or December and had to wait until late Jan...but we all seem to get ours around the same time...so if you STILL haven't gotten yours I suspect something is wrong/messed up....

If we get 3 more Employee Appreciation Certificates this year, I'm giving one to "Dan the Stand-up Comedian GA" at PHX and the other 2 to Kevin.

He's very helpful, quick to reply and genuinely interested in helping resolve problems (within his ability to do so). He's helped me a couple times this year with missing/delayed award issues. If the rest of the Delta management team had his attitude toward customer service, "Best in Class" would be an accurate tagline rather than a sarcastic joke.
