If you truly mean a full around the world cruise you're talking 110-115 days. As such you're going to have to go with one of the mainstream lines like Holland America and you can expect to pay approximately $20,000 for an inside cabin. That's not all inclusive so any tours, alcohol, specialty restaurants, spa treatments, etc., are extra. I've never tried to work out a budget, no way we can be gone 110 days, but I'm guessing it wouldn't take much to run up an additional $8,000 to $10,000.

If you're asking about well priced cruises in the next 3 years, I like using cruiseplum for general searches and vacationstogo for itinerary searches if I want to go somewhere specific.
Cruiseplum has "hot deals" and search where you can filter by cost per day. It also tracks prices to view historical trend.
