I don't recall her ever doing so. What is lifelock?

I posted on a another thread about my husband's odd situation with applying for a Citi card. He's had a Citi Hilton Visa for many years, plus several other credit cards, all paid in full each month, never a late payment in 25 years. His credit score is high, yet they recently rejected him saying he doesn't have enough of a credit history. This is the first time he's ever been rejected for a credit card.

We pulled the credit report from the bureau that Citi listed on the rejection letter (can't remember which one now) to make sure everything was okay. It was.

She never signed up for this.
