MBNA Quantum Card
Not sure if it is too late to act on this one. I have had a quantum MBNA card for many years now. I know that about 2-3 years ago, my card was reisussed by Bank of America after the acquisition.
I tried contacting BoA to find out the status of my reward points. They informed me that "they didnt see any in the computer and there was nothing they could do about it." Has anyone else had this problem / know what the resolution was in terms of reward points after the merger? |
How long ago were the points earned? Worldpoints have a 5 year expiration.

Where can I go / login online to see my point balance? Is it through Bank of America?

The website address was mbnaworldpoints.com.
Here is the direct link to the current login page: https://wwwn.managerewardsonline.com...k?eid=84CB35B0 (Note to self: with all of the phishing attempts, why do banks/financial institutions use all sorts of top-level domain names rather than keeping everything a subdomain on, for example, bankofamerica.com?) |
Any old statements lying around in paper or email form that show point balance? They would show a paper trail that you had something and then they could "investigate" where they went for you and call you back.

The WorldPoints was used by multiple banks that were serviced by MBNA card services, e.g. Fidelity Visa Sigature accrues Worldpoints. |
