Credit Score on every bill??

One of my friends said he applied for a credit card that gives him his credit score listed on each bill. Has anybody heard of this? And if so what companies offer it??

If it's a soft pull, it doesn't matter. The only ones that matter are hard inquiries. In fact there are reports that on Trans Union and Equifax that if you do lots and lots of soft pulls, eventually they run out of storage space for your file and may start dropping off older hard inquiries.

Regarding credit scores w/ your credit card, I think Providian offers some sort of feature like that. Note that nobody will offer the true FICO score though. It's just someone's approximation to that score. This information may or may not be useful.

I'm with Providian and while I don't get a paper statement, I can view my TransUnion credit score online. The score is updated monthly.

It definately is Providian that prints your score on your bill every month. How did you get them to send only estatements? I asked for this feature and they said that they couldnt do it. Can you request estatements online?

A bit of further clarification on the "soft pull"...

Basically, these are requests made by YOU, not anyone inquiring about your score. For example, if you subscribe to one of those advertised credit monitoring services, you could pull your report every day for a year and it would not have any effect on your score. I'm assuming Providian basically just tells the company every month that they are requesting your score on your behalf, so it has no effect on your score (e.g. it's not a real inquiry).

Yes...this is a nice Providian Benefit. I keep my account with them alive just for this.
