Which program(s) allows transfer to authorized users?
 

Other than the Amex MR points, is there any other program out there which can allow the points to be transferred into an authorized user's frequent flyer programs other than only into the Primary account holder's account?

TIA for any information.

Chase Ultimate Rewards offers this ability, but the implementation is fragile and customer service is not good at understanding or correcting failures.
