Chase grocery promos expire June 30 so there may be a place for CNB Crystal in July, assuming you’d rather have CNB points than Hilton or Amex.

I cancelled the card last week. Called the 800 number, and it took maybe 5 minutes to do it. Got a note in the mail confirming it a few days later.

Thankfully, no issues for me.

Any data point on $350 reimbursement?
 

Does AA gift card still work?

Southwest $49 airfare online purchase - travel credit issued within 7 days. That will close me out for this year.

Has anyone had success cashing out the travel credit for low-dollar value tickets on Alaska? I see Southwest works above, but going back the past few pages I can't seem to find any datapoints re: AS.

I haven't, but I am hoping for AA reports.

That was likely a wise move, as I don't see City improving the card anytime soon. As I've said previously, it's a shame how badly they gutted the card. They could have at least permitted two Priority Pass guests like just about all other premium cards do.
