Recomend a CC for me.

Looking to use it for only business travel and expenses.

Spend about 1500 a week on hotel, airfare and cars and meals.

Looking to maximize my rewards for international travel or other bauce things

Based on the information you provided, I agree, Chase Sapphire preferred:

a) Better signup bonus
b) Lower annual fee
c) Worse threshold bonus (15K on Amex vs 7% on Chase which will be about 5K)
d) Chase 2x on all travel and restaurants vs. 3x Amex on airfare and 1x on other categories,

If some of your charged expenses will be overseas, hands-down to Chase as it has no foreign transaction fee.

If not, then probably advantage to Chase, but look at the list of transfer partners.

Penfed Amex for the airfare ( 5% ) and US Bank Cash+ card selecting hotels as one of the 5% categories. For dining CITI Forward is a good option as long as you are careful in how you redeem the CITI TY points.

If any of your travel is international, the Penfed card also offers zero foreign transaction fee.

None of the three cards has an annual fee.

Chase Sapphire is a good choice

If you are willing to do all your booking through one site, then a card associated with that site might be a good idea. For example, the Orbitz Visa (Capital One) essentially gives you 3% cash back on all flight and hotel bookings, with no annual fee.
