In my experience (about 20 cards in a few years; new to the game) they don't re-pull; I asked that same question to a CSR...

Good you scored 5/5 in small App-o-Rama. Keep us updated when the Bank does the Closure-o-Rama.

I'm not bothered if it is a joke about the entire hobby of credit card bonus-seeking at my expense (i'm old enough and secure enough to not care, lol) but if I did something dumb with my apps, I don't know what it was and would sure like to know. Great credit, good long solid credit history, etc. are too important to jeopardize. Anita |

Say what? Considering your vast experience in this area that your total of 6 posts would indicate, and this brilliant post in particular, I'd suggest you might take an oft-quoted Abe Lincoln adage to heart.

Time after Last Chase Card
Hey,
I applied for the southwest plus in december of last year, then I applied for the premier in February of this year. I really want the Ink Bold Business card. Do you think it's too early to apply for another card from chase? |
chase
There are lots of threads about applying for Chase cards, so check those out because this thread won't give you much information most likely.
All I can say is that I got my first Chase card in June, second in Nov, third in Dec, and 4th in April. I have a 780+ score and a mortgage with Chase, fwiw. |

I don't know if it is funny or not because I don't know what it means. I am the OP and I can't figure out if my original post had some quality that suggests I'm a target for closure? Of the many hundreds of threads about applying for credit cards, I'm not sure why mine generated this comment.

Regardless how good your credit is, opening too many cards in too short a time can and would bring adverse action. Google it you would find a lot more sob stories. |
