Using invite code twice?

My wife got an offer for the United Mileage plus card for 75K bonus miles. She signed up with the invite code, applied and got approved. I noticed that when I went back to the site and put in the invite code, the application pulls up with her name etc which I can just change to my name.

Question: does chase allow the invite code to be used multiple times for someone living at the same household to get the same signup bonus?

Targeted offers are being targeted for a reason.

Ask not what banks target you, but what banks you can target.
