Lost Article
I left an electronic device in a seatback pocket on a flight to PTY. I filled out the form on the Copa website. Two days later, I got an email reply, they had my item, it was available for pickup at the airport.
I did just that. Now, there's no easy way to get to the "articulos olvidados" office of Copa. I stepped up to a check-in counter agent, they called downstairs and indicated that they'd have to issue me a gate pass and escort me past immigration to the luggage area. However, 15 minutes later a proud Copa employee brought my item up to me in the terminal and that was that. Cudos to Copa. |
That's great. Glad you got your item back and nice work by Copa's staff.
