Anyone encounter situations where Copa has reduced access to R space? United.com is clearly showing R1 for an upcoming flight, but I keep getting an error when trying to redeem a Copa GPU. Was trying for a leg booked in W before, and am now trying the other leg which is booked in M.
Not a huge deal since these upgrades are about to expire, but I was hoping to get one last use out of them.

No but I've encountered situations where the website failed and it took two calls to COPA to get the upgrade confirmed.
