Well, the poor reps can't fix the website.

The rep I spoke to was one of the nicest I ever encountered. We're lucky to have them. We could have to deal with an Indian Call Center and their script based responses.

The problem appears to have been fixed in last night's co.com updates.

Yep. And a CO employee confirmed it was on the list of fixes to be released.

If it's the EUA issue that belynch was talking about, CO Insider recognized it as an issue and said it was on the to do list, but was ranked lower in light of other IT issues, such as joining :-:A.

No, there is a much more widespread problem that causes the EUA to stop when it runs into a problem and resullts is an inordinate number of seats being held open for the battlefield upgrade process. This is turn results in changed EUA priorities and other issues.

belynch is still screwed.

Didn't ask about it and the information wasn't offered.

Problem with seats is still not fixed. I have a reservation EWR-DEL for December 31st and BOM-EWR on Jan 13th. I am traveling with a companion in BF and we both show we are in seat 5A. Unable to change to another seat???

The problem is definitely not fixed I can not change my seats and when I have a companion we both show in the same seat.

I'd call the ESD in both of these cases. These are different problems.

Hi Everyone, just wanted to let you know that we're aware there's still some issues with seat assignments on continental.com, and we're looking into them now. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We've got a similar issue. Mrs 66 and I are traveling EWR-PDX on Oct 1, returning SFO-EWR on Oct 10. The "view reservation" page shows us correctly in 4A/B outbound (a B-up fare) and 15 D and F on the return. But if we click through to the view/change seat screen, we are sharing a seat in each direction and can not change seats. I called CO Web support around 10 days ago to report this, and she saw the problem, and said they had had this issue a year ago, and she would report it. She also assured us that the "view reservation" screen was correct, and we indeed had proper individual seat assignments. The problem, as of tonight has not been corrected.
