you are still getting 150% total instead of old 50% so really a nice improvement :)

Yes, that seems to be it. This is the only trip I've seen the notation for, and this is the only trip I've had to book through the corporate travel agent so far this year.

I have 1,227 new miles added ("elite qualifying mileage bonus") for a flight between LAX and EWR that was a W fare booked through our corporate travel company (Amex). Interesting. I am flying SEA-EWR on Friday on a W fare as well so it will be interesting to see.
